School days can be long and stressful for children. Yoga provides an avenue for them to unwind, relax, and de-stress. The mindfulness techniques learned in our classes help kids manage their stress and anxiety effectively while promoting strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are designed specifically for children and are much different than traditional yoga classes for adults. Each class offers activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel stronger, happier, calmer, and more peaceful inside!
